According Suresh Kanojia the initiative was taken due to continuous "humiliation" and "disregard" to Justice CS Kanan , being a to Dalit. He further added that though there is a law against the atrocities against Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward classes yet no punitive action are being taken against the culprits .

He said, Justice Kanan fault was that he highlighted the names of 20 sitting and retired judges from Supreme Court and High Courts allegedly involved in corruption mentioned in an open letter to Prime Minister of India on 23 Jan 2017.

ABDMM has decided to spread the message of Justice Kanan , the voice against corruption in the country engaging the people irrespective of caste colour creed to make the mission against atrocities, corruption and discrimination a grand success.
