A Picture of Tranquility

The sea is calm,
A gentle breeze is blowing,
The stars twinkle high up in their silent domain;
While the sand glitters,
as it bathes in white moonlight.
We sit on the shore;
Lost in deep thought;
Unaware, that we are helping
to complete for the onlooker,
A picture of tranquility!
