How To Get Your Antioxidants....and Get Rid of Your Free Radicals

Take Antioxidant Supplements
Vitamin C: 500-2,000 mg.
Gamma-tocopherol vitamin E: 400IUs
Pycnogenol: 100 mg
Grapeseed extract: 100-200mg
Alpha-lipoic acid: 100 mag
Selenium: 100-200 mcg
Zinc: 15-50 mg

Eat Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory- Rich Foods:
Berries, wild blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, cranberries. Consume daily..a serving is 1/2-1 cup.

Apples: one a day.

Prunes: Three times a week.

Green leafy vegetables: As often as possible.

All types of beans, three times a week.

Wild salmon: At least twice a week.
Tea, all kinds, daily.
