The Emotional Chaos

Emotions are the one of the most important parameters which governs our life. Emotions are placed many a times higher than money and respect and other parameters of life. A person can think of compromising any other thing for the sake of his emotions. Today, I think, we all must stop for a while and study our emotions. Today society needs to check if its emotions are genuine or they are just covers to hide unacceptable things.

One of the most talked about feeling is, love.  A person is in most delicate phases when he is in love. But is this love pure? Or it is just a cover to cover up human insecurity? It is a brutal fact that people are unable to live alone these days. It is well known that people cannot afford to be alone in this world. As many psychologists say, almost all of humans today are mild psychic personalities. It is quite shocking analysis, but it holds true. Almost each and everyone around us is a mild psychotic. Life is much tougher these days. There are many things to manage, many things to take care of. A person has to live on many fronts- family, society, office, friends circle and also personal. It is a bitter fact that most of the times, humans are not able to manage all these things independently and free of stress. This complete situation results in a psychotic personality.

Now, all these factors cause a lot of mental illnesses- insecurity, possessiveness, loneliness, anxiety, and depression. And then, a person tries to get remedy for all these problems through his relationship. The most affected aspect of all these complications is personal life of a person. It can be found today, that the love bonding which we see in couples today is far away than ideal. It is far away from how it actually should be. One of the striking points to note is, true love or natural love is never possessive. But, the love which couples share today is nothing but possessiveness. A survey says, most of the times, people are not in love. They are afraid of living alone and hence cling to some other person.  Result of such relationships is a couple which is trapped by each other. They cannot live together and at the same time, they cannot live alone.

This applies to all our relationships. Same is true for relationship with parents, friends etc. As a result, we can find a great deal of phoniness in society. A great deal of unwillingness in all the responsibilities.

Is there any way to come out of this? The way is always there but the problem is, no one is willing to walk on it. People are not ready to spend time for them. People are not ready to wait for a moment and understand what is going on in themselves. All emotional problems share one thing in common- they can be solved only if you wish to solve them. The tragedy is, no one is willing to solve them.  People think that their insecurity will go when they are with the person they love. The fact is, insecurity takes you away from the love. True love is never born out of insecurity.

It is very basic need today that each and every person takes out some time for himself. It is need of time that he reads something good and inspiring each day. It is a need of time that good and smoothening music should be played in each and every house. We should remember one thing- emotional chaos will vanish from the society and each and every relationship will be authentic only when each and every person accepts and understand his psychological problems and works on them.
