Twisted Introduction
I run an institute wherein I enroll tutors and students, so of and on there are phone calls from teachers and parents for registration. I send them teachers at home according to their needs after finalizing the terms.
Few days back, a gentleman rang me up from  L&T office introducing himself as Mr. Melwani. After discussing about the problem and requirements of the child in regards to literacy, he said formally:
“Mam can you provide me with a good teacher for my child at my home?”
“I  would try to send you, not provide you !”  I proceeded
“Okay” Concluding the  talk he ended informally to my surprise and continuing said,
“Okay Aunty.  I’ll be in touch with you”, he said.
“What Aunty?  I have children of eight, six and three” implying ellipsis as I became interrogative.
“I am sorry Madam”, he apologetically said.
“Oh! No. It is alright. They are my grand children”, I said in a comforting tone.
“Thanks grandma”, he said softly as he hung the phone.
