The Murder of Three Innocents in Jhansi by the Samajwadi Party Land Mafia.

Bungalow No. 22, Jhansi Cantt ( 2.97 Acres ) stands in the name of my late grandmother Smt. Sumitra Devi who died in 1964. My maternal uncle, Mr. VC Bhasin, his wife Saroj and only son Amit Bhasin died within a span of One year under mysterious circumstances in May 2013, Nov 2013 and July 2014 respectively.

Since I was born in Jhansi in 1950 and grew up there too, my old friends let me know the details behind the deaths on my recent visit to Jhansi

A young woman, Suruchi Arora is introduced as a friend / tenant, to entice unsuspecting Amit Bhasin through a common friend, Harvinder Singh who has a criminal background and is a protege of Pappu Seth the husband of Samajwadi party MLA from Mauranipur, Rashmi Arya

This woman, becomes a regular visitor to the house against the wishes of the parents. Amit, a contractor with Hindustan Petroleum has to remain out of Jhansi for extended periods of time, in connection with his work. Suruchi starts ill treating the parents, stops giving insulin to V C Bhasin resulting in high sugar levels and death on 23.05.13

Saroj Bhasin, according to the neighbours, is poisoned by Suruchi during Amit's Delhi visit; Frothing at the mouth Saroj is taken by Harvinder Singh , Pratap Yadav (a tenant ) and Suruchi to a shady Nursing Home that goes by the name of Metro Hospital near Hasari village to cover up matters. She died on 15.11.13. Metro, I am told, is run and managed by Harvinder and a retired doctor from the UP Provincial Medical Service.

Six months later Amit (who was under medication, being Bi-Polar) is given an overdose of his medicine to physically incapacitate him and hanged to make it appear as a suicide; the Post Mortem report is stage managed as also the reporting in the papers.

Incidentally, the adolescent son of Amit from his divorced wife Puja who goes by the name Abhishek appears to have committed patricide along-with Harvinder, on the night of 5/6th July 2014 (Amit being around 85 Kg and 5' -9" tall could not have been handled singularly by Abhishek) It is also pertinent to mention here, that Amit's arms were fractured around 15 days prior to the suicide on account of him being thrashed by his son Abhishek, Suruchi's brother and others.

Forged documents are thereafter prepared and lodged with the DEO, Bhopal by Suruchi Arora claiming to be Amit's wife to have the Bungalow mutated to her name with the intent of legitimizing the proposed sale to Pappu's front man, one Shahid ( who claims to run "Colombus School" ). A deal is reportedly struck for a meager 1.21 Cr and an amount of Rs 11 lacs received by Suruchi.

The DEO at Bhopal brings it to my wife's notice. An RTI is filed and copies of forged documents submitted by Suruchi obtained.

Public notices are published by me in TOI and Dainik Jagran in June 2015. The Cantonment Board sends copies of the same to the DEO, Bhopal under intimation to me.

A complaint is filed with the Sadar Thana ( Complaint No. PNO-812420645 dt. 14.10.15 Sd/- Munim Singh HCP). The police refuse to file an FIR.

Relief is sought from the local court in vain. However, the court issues notices to Suruchi and Abhishek.

Post receipt of notices, Suruchi & Abhished vanish, or are made to vanish and the MLA, Rashmi Arya alongwith her husband who goes by the name of Papoo Seth, trespass onto the property and start the process of construction / addition / alteration without any permission from the Cantonment Board.

The SSP Jhansi, Mr. Subhash Dubey, marked the case to SP,Crime. He was promptly transferred.

Threats are conveyed to my lawyer and myself against visiting Jhansi to pursue the court under 156(3) Cr PC.

Representations have been made to the following -

1. PMOPG/E/2015/0157332 on 20th Nov 2015 which is promptly forwarded on 23.11.15 to CM Secretariat, Lucknow where it lies unattended till today.

2. DIG (Range ) - No reply; & SSP Jhansi on 12.10.15

3. UP Governer on 29.11.15 by mail followed by a fax as reminder - No reply

4. DM Jhansi on 28.10.15 - No reply

5. CM UP - Akhilesh Yadav - No reply

This is the extent of Jungle Raj in Uttar Pradesh

Article Comment The UP Govt appears to have acted finally. I have received a copy of the action taken report, directing the SSP to have the property vacated.

But I wonder if the local administration, under the present dispensation, moves to have the murderers traced and arrested
