Don't Let Anger be the Reason for Your Failure
by Amogha Pavithran Bookmark and Share

Never ever let anger be the reason for our failure. It's the most dangerous weapon everyone carry with us. It might cause destruction. It's a negative energy not a positive one. Sometimes you may feel it's a positive aspect which gives us energy to face the consequences and to face the situation with courage. But really it's not true it raises our temper as well as negatievely affects our brain. If we ever feel so agitated and angry just try to control it rather than losing our control destroying ourselves. Anger it destroys our own lives as well as others too. It breaks relationships and causes us depression.

So its better to control our anger than destroying ourselves.
