He did his schooling
When I was not even
Born.

He passed his graduation
When I was just born!

He came to this world
Much before I was born.

Yet when he writes,
Every poesy of his
Smiles with the innocence
Of a new-born!

With every poetry,
He dons a new birth
And exudes the freshness
Of a baby born!

It’s true
Mental age
Has nothing to do
With chronological age.

Physically,
He may be
Old and fragile.
But mentally,
He’s strong and agile.
Mind in action like
The stormy gale -
Raining poems on us
Like sleet and hail...!!
