You tip-toed
like a sweet song
into the silent valley of my heart
like a morning rose
among the thorns of a new shoot
like a soft smile
dancing on my lips
like a dream
singing a lullaby to put mind to sleep
like a deer
dancing coyly in my wild meadow
like a lightning
lighting the milestones on my path
And dear,
you are ever welcome,
Come in any form –
a drizzle, a shower
or an earth-shaking storm!
