Suicide

He was quite fed up with his life
So he wanted to commit suicide
He considered available options
The ceiling fan, a gun and poison
Over a hot coffee and some snacks
Finally, he settled for a railway track.

Afternoon, considered a right time
So he was cozying on a railway line
An umbrella to save from sunshine
A pillow was under head to recline
A pizza loaf, pasta and some wine
Hoping, the train will arrive in time.

An onlooker asked about his intentions
And he replied without any pretensions
'Very unhappy in life, so I intend to die.'
'But why umbrella, pillow, pizza and wine?'
'Look, I don't want to die with hunger
And discomfort under this hot sunshine
You know, our trains are seldom in time
So it's my contingent plan for a respite.'

Food, clothing and shelter are basic needs
Trishna or desire makes it complex indeed.
