  The plant of my life
is taking shape
into a tree.

Often times
I am impatient
and lose my patience
and want badly .. very badly
that the flower bud
on the branch of my tree
that is ready to bloom
and still unopened
to open and bloom
now.... just now !
quickly....very very quickly !
I am even tempted
to take the bud into my hands
and force open its petals !!
But I stop
when I hear a voice say to me,

'Do nothing.
Just let it be.
Let it be.
Let things happen at the
pace at which
mother nature intends
them to be.
Watch the things
unfold at their own rate
whether hurried or late.
Hurry not things
that are meant to delay
and delay not things that
are meant to happen
in a hurry.
Just let it be.
Let it be.'

So.....now
I just let it be
and simply watch
the plant of my life
taking shape
slowly very slowly
into a flowering tree.
