You can read them in the Shiva Purana,
He is called the blue-throated one, and
He is here, there, and everywhere,
He is beyond the sexes and the libido,
Beyond the apertures of past life and death,
Bearing the falcate moon on his head,
He is Shambhu, Sakshi, Mahadeva,
But by whatever name you call him,
If you call him earnestly,
The Neelkantha Mrutyunjaya will surely appear,
Om Namah Shivaya! Om Namah Shivaya!
