A smile that captures all attention
A voice that calms all pretension
A life that frees all around
A soul that has no ground
Why disturb perfection

But in herself she hides her smile
Speaks with beauty crippling style
Sees her life as wasted time
As she types away another line
Of preset truths of others

But when six chimes thirty
Her life so controlled, so dirty
Is thrown into the trash
It’s only for the cash
And true life is not in such

And through her gilded door
Freedom comes forever more
Or at least till 8 comes round
When freedom is tightly round
And repetition destroys the heart

In 6 to 8 her life is true
A life free of show and shoes
A life not bought from submersion
A life free of societies perversion
And none can see the hidden truth

But on days when closure’s lost
And truth slips through her lightly woven cloth
Her beauty like a blazing sun
Is revealed for selected ones
And her heart is mirrored back

And in this truth with friend’s
She sees herself again
And she knows she need not blaze
But only glow in the worlds dark haze
Her beauty is her own to share with those for whom she cares

Her job need not view
Her beauty shining true
And her friend’s don’t see
All that she could be
Because what she shows is more than true friendship needs
