It was quite a scene,
Splendid and serene,
At a nearby pond,
Of which I'm fond.
The sun was setting,
And nature was letting
Me see its display -
I was swept away.
I was beholding
A drama unfolding;
The sky was glowing;
Colors were flowing.
Hues beyond description -
The perfect prescription
For my mind control,
My body and soul.
Nature was enchanting -
A favor it was granting;
I forgot time -
The show was sublime.
