When the cuckoo sings with its mellifluous voice,
It sways my soul to think about you and rejoice.
When the sunshine peeps through my windowpane,
It brings your thoughts and relieves me from pain.
When the morning dew drop falls on the flowers,
It tells me of your love and how it empowers.
When the fireflies adorn the night with their glow,
It reminds me of the joy you give even when I'm low.
When the first Monsoon drizzles soak the earth’s soil,
It conveys how you take away my fatigue after my toil.
When the clouds, like a blanket, cover the mountain peaks
It enlightens me that it's only you whom my heart seeks!
