Satish Kakri

 Satish Kakri has spent almost 35 years in advertising and marketing. At present he is working as marketing consultant. With literature background in academics, he has always been interested in writing. He has written a few plays and many poems. A few articles written by him were published in newspapers including The Financial Express and The Economic Times. 
In poetry, Satish Kakri concentrates  on themes that concern everyday life. He attempts to use rhythm in his poetry as far as possible. A lot of inspiration for his poems comes from our great book - Bhagwad Gita. He has also translated Gita into simple English.
