Thoughts

This body
Doesn’t have
Much to
Give me
Nor does
My heart.

Both have
Broken down
Due to stress
And strain –
And a lot of
Pain.

So I
Look up to
My mind -
To pull me
Through
The day...
And give me
Some thoughts
To write away...
