Teenage

When the heart was so pure
When the intentions were so clear
Adored and loved someone so dear
Without reservation, greed or fear.

When aspirations were high
When emotions knew no bound
Life didn't have a balance sheet
And innocence was not yet lost.

A time, I still found so attached
Though it's very nostalgic and sad
I don't know how long it will last
But it's all about our teenage past.
