Behold

Behold this stage,
Behold this show,
Where a battle you wage
With grief and woe.

You struggle to find
What is life's goal,
Who is behind,
And what's your role.

You find you're trapped
By circumstances around you,
And your soul is sapped
By chores you pursue.

You do your duty
The best you can,
And look for beauty
In nature and man.

You exit this show
With fear and doubt,
And still don't know
What life is about.

Fortunate is the individual who ponders and seeks answers to life’s purpose and meaning, for it reveals that his/her consciousness is evolving to a higher dimension of life.

The ancients taught us, and modern day mystics affirm that we are here for a Divine purpose, and that our destiny is being worked out per a predestined plan. So we should be beholders of this unfolding mystery of life.
