Perspective of Love

Among human emotions
Love is the most blissful
Sublime and divine
Closest to our heart
And truest of all feelings,
While in love with someone
Our inner world cheers up
To give a positive shade
And rainbow colours
To our mind and thoughts.

Love is the most painful
And excruciating too
Because when in true love
We are inclined to, and
Give precedence all the time
To the perspective and interest
Of our beloved ones
Much above our own
And keep caring for them
Even after loss or separation.
