I'm Alive

When you call for me
Look up at the sky,
I have deployed my wings
And high I now fly.

Unlatched is the cage door
I'm alive again at last,
Smashed are the stifling bonds,
Aside the chains are cast.

I'm reaching for the sky high
Don't call me down again,
Just leave me to my boundless joy,
As today I'm alive again.
