So true...... Hoteliers in India known to have long working hours. The industry teaches, 'Smile.....It costs nothing.' We know, how important it is for our guests, who look forward to that warmth.....but does it cost nothing? The person can only say it, who keeps that smile for 12-14 hrs, when the heart may be crying.
