Whither Public Toilets..?!

A Rupee for a pee,                                             
Makes one see                                                
Public toilet’s necessity                                                 
For deliverance in adversity!
                                      
So go, pay and pee.                                                  
And remember, no penalty                                                  
On the authors of graffiti,                                               
Creating unity in diversity!
                                                
In a country so used to freebee
And where innovation is the key,
You may soon get a free pee                                                  
For the price of every three!
