Theme: Taboo

Morality

Morality - What a joyous game!
To point fingers and shout out Shame! Shame!
To pick on couples on the street,
Their love with abuses and violence to meet.

Valentine's Day? Banish the thought,
Isn't it the cause of most wars fought?
Let's banish love from this hallowed land,
That will all its ills countermand.

Terrorism? Oh! That's not too bad,
First let's fight modern dressing my lad!
Women should be demurely dressed,
This edict cannot be too strongly stressed.

Children brutalised? We have no time you see,
We are busy trying to keep girls mobile phone free,
Corruption? It's a part of life,
Token protests against it will suffice.

Kudos to us the guardians of the faiths,
For us paradise surely waits,
Till then we continue our merry ways,
Ensuring that the truly evil always pays.
