Baggage

As a traveller
We worry too much
About our physical baggage
Its weight and quantity
Its security and safety
When we travel around
Inland or abroad...

Do we really ponder
And worry to take care
Of the mental and emotional
Baggage -
We so often carry along
Which may be taking
A heavy and irreversible toll
On our precious life?
