Don't Wait For Tomorrow

Go where you want to go;
Grow how you want to grow;
Avoid regret and sorrow—
Don’t wait for tomorrow.

Pursue what you want to pursue;
Do what you want to do;
Avoid regret and sorrow—
Don’t wait for tomorrow.

See what you want to see;
Be what you want to be;
Avoid regret and sorrow—
Don’t wait for tomorrow.

Say what you want to say;
Convey what you want to convey;
Avoid regret and sorrow—
Don’t wait for tomorrow.

Give what you want to give;
Live how you want to live;
Avoid regret and sorrow—
Don’t wait for tomorrow.

Comment A wise sage has said that when we live in the past, we have regrets; when we think of the future, we experience fear and anxiety, which contributes to our inability to enjoy the present. So we must strive to discipline ourselves to live in the now. Incidentally, how we live in this moment is shaping our tomorrows as well as tomorrow’s tomorrows!

Comment "Kal ko kisane dekha hei ? Jo karana hei vo aaj hi kar lei." Pata nahi vakta phir ijajat de ya na de." Kulbir Ji, I remember a film song,"Aage bhi janena tu, Pichhe bhi janena tu.Jo bhi hei Bas yahi aik pal hei. Puri karle aarju." It is
quite right.You have written above lines deliberately.If we put aside something for tomorrow. Whole age will be short to do it and the last
day will come.Then only remorse will remain behind.Thank you very much
for warning and suggestive poem for all of us.l shall remind it all the time.A
lot of thanks again for nice creation."Kabhi kabhi to aap vakahi kamal karte
hein."Kulbir Ji.

Comment This one reminds me of the great Sant Kabir's Dohas - "Kaal kare so aaj kar, aaj kare so ab, p[al mein parlya ho gayi, bahuri karega kab.....?" Thanks for sharing this beautiful, thought-provoking poem Kulbir
