Poverty can't remove from any country for ever.Here in our country thousand of children take birth on the name of encouragement,even though they have not human resources sufficiently.So,What can be done ? Poor can be died but poverty not.You have depicted here the real situation of this factor as a glimpse in true sense.Thank you very much Dr.Mallick,Sir.
