In Ecstasy

During childhood
reciting alphabets
I admired her basic instinct

During youth
reading love poetry
I enticed her vocabulary

In the middle age
reading scriptures
I incurred her immediate wrath

In these twilight columns
I look at her gleaming eyes
she hugs me in ecstasy.
