Soft, soothing moments we cherish
cherish for years to come
come and embrace the night
night when together we hum
 
It is exposed through words
words take flesh in poetry
poetry is where we meet
meet and love, never more lonely
 
It binds us together forever
forever we live and ride
ride in our warm liquid love
love is always lovers’ pride
