As I ponder
In the sanguine heart
Of the forest green
And meditate
All life comes alive

White doves, grey sparrows
Jungle fowls, quails and cuckoos
Quaintly watch the peacock dance salsa
To the tunes of the breezy winds

All forest birds croon their songs
To beckon Our Lord of the rising sun
Flash sparkles over the forest green
At crack of dawn

Into this fiesta of bliss
I join celebration of nature's bounty
In thanks and praise
Oh Lord, of the Rising sun
