Swallows

Don't ask me why
But this I know:
Swallows love to fly
All day, to and fro.

They love to dive,
And so fast they turn;
So small yet so alive,
Calories they burn.

Effortlessly they cruise,
Catching bugs in the air;
My heart they amuse,
Without any fanfare.
