United We Stand

She's standing so calmly , her shelter they seek.
Give me your tired, your hungry, your weak.
Alone in her silence, in anguish, despair,
To watch as her city falls from the air.
Who was the cause, what reason could be,
Destroying her children, so watchful she'll be.
She's no time for sorrow, she's no time for pain,
She'll fight for her children, protect them from planes.
Divided they stood, defining a nation.
United they fell with much devastation.
You took them away, our loved ones, our glory,
Disrupted our lives, for this you'll be sorry!
We gave you no cause, you gave us no warning.
You've saddened our hearts, filled them with mourning.
Now shoulder to shoulder we stand and we pray
For vengeance is ours on your judgment day!
Divided no longer as one we do stand,
Defending her freedom of this her great land.
Let it be known that strangers are we
United We Stand, Together We're Free!
