I Saw

I saw,
   Light diminishing,
      Life fading.
        Memories of,
          The past,
            Walk in,
              Like yesterday.
                Glorious past,
                  All gone,
                     Dark future,
                       All ahead.
                    
I saw,
   Light emitting,
      Life emerging.
          Just here,
Always.
