Knowledge in its Sum

It's somewhat like compulsive TV viewing
When stuck indoors, the channels scanned, the guide
A bible versed in columns, side by side,
Books on these shelves like language courses spewing
What boils down to so many ways of saying
The same thing.  Knowledge has no place to hide,
And hidden, argues for release: decide
One must, choice makes the case for dallying,
Denial felt like a refusal. Come
Away!  Wisdom is surely on the side
Of ignorance, if that be bliss at heart:
The mind is greater than what's stored inside
Of it; and greater still, the better part
Aspired to, love, that's knowledge in its sum.
