The Back Side

You never know what’s on the back side; It can be a sad person behind a fake smile, Or a secret desire behind a refusal, Perhaps a hidden love behind a friendship, A beggar behind the richest man; Love can truly make people rich So without love the moneyed becomes the tramp. You never know what’s on the back side; It may be a truth behind a bunch of lies, Or an opportunity behind a difficulty; A crying heart behind a sunny face. A deep concern behind the anger, A silent love behind a showy hatred As without love the world is lifeless!

excellent piece. Please ask this poet to keep on posting such beautiful thoughts. Its not an easy task to pen down such deep and emotional truth of the "Prism" called "Life".
