Essence of Happiness

The boyishness, the energy you enthuse,
brings joy to the people around.

The innocent smile and hearty laugh,
brings new hope to the heart.

The snooty attitude, serious face you make
brings the innocence in you.

The pencil, squeezed in your ears,
brings the naughtiness in you.

The black mole on your face,
brings charm to your face.

The jumpy style of walking,
brings out the child in you.

But'for all the joy you generate,
I see deep buried loneliness in your heart.

How I wish I could reach there,
and take it away from you...

I wish that your heart be filled
with only joy, that you spread around.
