Wish We Could

You like birds, don’t you?
Well I love them too,
Wish we could be like them,
And together we flew.

Wish we could cross the sky
And returning to our nest
Cover ourselves with our wings
And give each other our best.

Wish we could stay side by side
And play with our beaks,
Quench what our heart wants-
The love that our souls seek.
