Ups and Downs!

Out of pang birth comes to bear pain;
Out of heart pang death comes to relief!

Evolution has not changed this ever!
After pain pleasure comes to forget all;
All these pass and another comes then!

Life is full of agony and ecstasy forever;
Nonattached state only makes both nil
And life's double sides become equal!

As air bus nonattachment bears the brunt
Ups and downs unknown for the traveller
The whole journey of life from birth to death!

Knowing both ends we accept both as usual
And bother not whichever happens as we go!
