I am yours with each tender caress you offer,
Every bit of love I draw from you;
I am yours with each kiss you place, soft and quick as
A butterfly’s wings, at the fluttering base of my throat;
Yours with every sweet name you call me,
Sometimes a new one for each hour of the day;
I belong to you with every gentle, stroking glance you send my way,
The next more searing than the last;
Yours with each bit of devotion I pull from you,
Yours with each breath I steal from you.
