Recipes
Ingredients Onion – 2 big Method Cut all the vegetables lengthwise and deep fry till ¾ done except peas and onion. Cut onions lengthwise into thick pieces. In a kadai or pan put some oil add green chilli and onions and fry till pink. Add tomato pureed and all the dry powders and peas and mix thoroughly. Add the fried vegetables and little water and keep it covered on a slow flame till oil oozes out. Lastly add the cream and mix and serve it hot with nan or tandoori rotis.
