Recipes  
Chicken 'n' Robed

Ingredients

Raw cleaned Chicken legs - 4 pieces
Onions - 4 medium
Garlic - 3 bulbs
Ginger - 50 gms
Curry Leaves - FRESH; 10 small branches {about 50 leaf}
Gram Masala Pwdr -2 tea spoons
Black pepper Pwdr - 3 tea spoons
Turmeric Pwdr -1 tea spoons
Salt -1 tea spoon  

Method

Grind the onions, garlic, ginger, curry leaves to a fine paste and add pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix it very well. Cover the chicken leg pieces with this thick paste and keep it for a twenty minute period. Heat a table spoon of cooking oil on a shallow frying pan and put the enrobed pieces and fry on simmer till it get red brown and serve with onion rings.

Precaution: not even a hint of added water is to be added in the paste, to avoid
oil spilling while you fry.
