Dear sir, My house is North-east facing plot. My question is
1.We have internal staircase in the North-east corner. Can
you please let me know any remedies for this. 2.We have
Pooja room under stair case but pooja room roof and internal
stair case they both do not touch each other, there is 2
feet gap between two wall. Can you please let me know, this
is right position. for the pooja room and stair case
– Usha Rani, September 27, 2006
Stairs
are best kept outside the main mandala of the house. They are not
well located if they are in the NE corner. No remedy except to
remove the stair and remodel the house. Since your house is probably
not Vastu compliant in many ways, moving the stairs may not be worth
the effort and expense. – Michael Borden,

Question 1049
The main entrance of my house is opening towards north from
inside. If I am in the house it is towards the left hand
which is shown as wring side in your diagram. What should be
the remedy?
– Shirish Nerlekar, September 26, 2006
It sounds
like you have a south facing door. The door must be so that the left
side of the door is on the centerline of the house if looking from
the outside. – Michael Borden,

My plot is South facing and I am planning construct a South

to know, is it ok to do so, if it is problematic, if I shift
the digging towards centre of the site, will it solve the
problem?

This
needs to be carefully reviewed by a Vastu expert on site. Or, I can
review if you send detailed information. – Michael Borden,
