He has been a Guest Faculty with JIMS, New Delhi Institute of Management, Indian Dairy Association etc. and is associated with Indian Society for Training & Development as a Life Member and Secretary Alumni Association; Indian Society for Applied & Behaviourial Sciences. He has more than 16 years of exposure into Training & Development Activities relating to 1. Communications; 2. Attitude Building; 3. Concept of Options; 4. Concept of I am, You are, We are, They are; 5. Understanding Process Building in an Organization; 6. Understanding Counseling Process at Workplace. and 7.
