Dr. Mosam Sinha

Dr. Mosam Sinha is Reader & Head, dept. of English Communication & Personality Development at CMCA, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad (U.P) India. He edits two journals of multi disciplinary research and two of English Literature. He is visiting Professor of two professional colleges. He is fellow to two International bodies of Language and Literature. After having served as a part time presenter for about six years in All India Radio, Rampur, he is still in tuned with radio and often presents his programmes there and is also the audition judge of the presenters. He has done more than sixty stage shows as a host and acted in two tele- movies. As a writer, Dr.Sinha has written twenty books. He has written books on ‘Professional Communication’, ‘Basics of Communication Skills’ ‘Remedial English Language’, ‘Technical Communication’, 'English Communication’, ‘Business Ethics', 'Culture your Presentation’, ‘Business Communication' and others. As a literary figure, Dr. Sinha has written about 80 poems and about 160 haiku in English, 4 short stories, a one-act play and about 50 poems in Hindi. He is anthologized in various anthologies and has edited three anthologies on poetry and two on Professional Communication. He loves composing haiku. He has reviewed the poems of various contemporary Indian English poets. He has attended and presided various national and international conferences and seminars. In the year 2009, Dr.Sinha received Editors’ Choice Award, Fellow of Home of Letters Award and Dove for Peace Award for his creative skills and contribution to Indian English Literature by The Home of Letters, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. He was also conferred upon with the highest citation: ‘Life Time Achievement Award’ and Fellow of International Poets Academy Award by International Poets Academy, Chennai for his contribution to world poetry, Best Citizen of India Award-2012 by International Publishing House, Delhi and Michael Madhusudan International Award by Michael Madhusudan Academy, Kolkatta. He has also been conferred upon with ‘Honorary D.Litt’ by International Institute of Church Management, USA, 2013.
