I am Chemical Engineer from IIT -B and worked in many corporates. About 2 yeras back, I had severe Heart attack and hence retired. I have recovered miraculously and trust passing on this knowlege and experience will help many people. I have been practicing Yoga, Meditation anf believe that this can help to prevent heart disease. I will be turning 60 in Dec 13 and now Life Mission is -SAVE MILLION HEARTS.
