You Need Love...

  You need love!

Soon, it’ll all be blur, you’ll suffocate and be lost.

Soon, you’ll enjoy the pain, the noise and the mundanity.

All the regrets of the past will follow you,

The loud hidden crimes that you commit will disturb, and haunt you all night.
You don’t want anyone to know about it! Do you?

Soon, your conscience will die, as you celebrate your failure and bleeding injuries…
The raucous evil laughter will replace that tender smile.

The hungry gluttony, lying hidden in this world will, like a parasite, suck all the goodness in you, but you’ll  pretend nothing’s wrong.

Soon, you’ll bleed the crimson fluid and end it all, forever.

Your worth, your existence will be forgotten.

Soon, there’ll be nothing left…

Soon the innocence will fade… soon the heart will stop throbbing.

Don’t make them aware about it, they’ll break, backstab, disappoint you and ask,
 “Did it hurt?”

Soon, you’ll feel unreal about the real.

Hallucinate yourself…  “I’m okay” – a lie, a delusion, a myth,
But, you still got to believe in all your moments of breathing.

Soon, you’ll fake a laughter, walk through that shiny phony dungeon; meet those smirks and smiles, ready to scrape your soul.

Soon, you’ll learn to dodge; you’ll learn to heal.

With your mind blasting to call someone to save you, comfort you with falsity;
You’ll need help.

You’ll need love!

Soon, it’ll all be blur, you’ll suffocate and be lost.

Soon, you’ll enjoy the pain, the noise and the mundanity.

And it’s then when all the regrets of the past will follow you,
And all you’ll crave for will be - LOVE.

Comment Thankyou for posting this content here.
Glad to know that the youth today has freely driven thoughts. And congratulations to Boloji, I guess, here you have actually found a real great budding poet.
Nitin, way to go. There are some minor corrections but I can freely ignore that as it is your first attempt at Boloji.
Kudos to you child.
A great decision to approve the poem, Admin.

Comment Good attempt. It's a little different. And the meter of the lines is pretty interesting.
Love the concept behind it. On a personal level its decent.
However, there's always a little room for improvement. So, the point here is - try using a different word for "shiny" in the line shiny phony dungeon", now why i say this is because, this line is a master piece. The way it has been written it can almost be pictured. So, try use a different synonym for the word "shiny". Because, using the word shiny is making it sound a little too out of the way and kiddish.
Rest, all good.
Keep writing!

Comment Bravo!
This one's comes across as one of the coolest poetry I have read in a long time.
Though its a grey shade but it can be personified to not just the personal love. But, also to the love-less society that we are living in currently.
What a right time to upload this when all we see is hatred all around us with love fading away slowly - The inhumane society.
Good job, Nitin.
