  You find my words burdensome:
then erase them.
Let me be a blank paper.
Write on me what
is valued
in exigency.

Let it clothe my body -
paint lips,
shadow eyes,
shade skin
in blush of longing.
Let your fingers write
touch.

Let this ornate apparel
be a readable line
of my existence.
I would shed scales
of pretense,
wear those words '
not write ever
anything bothersome'
