I am 18 years old and a student of electrical engineering. Poetry has always played a big impact in my life, especially my teenage years. It enables me to express my emotions and thoughts in another light as though I'm taking snapshots of those moments and then framing them on an 11 by 8 1/2 piece of paper. At that moment, my pain and happiness become images of art. Such art that others can easily enjoy and related upon. In the future, I'm hoping to get more involve with spoken word poetry and will continue to write till the day that I will get a chance to publish my work. However, before that day comes, poetry will always be my hobby and a part of my life.
