Merry Christmas

Celebrations and festivals do not have narrow boundaries in India. Every occasion is celebrated with gusto and great fun and ferver. True, the sun rises at a certain point, but soon the whole sky is lighted. Similar is the case with a celebration.

On this lovely Christmas morning rubbing the eyes the kids push their quilts to check the stockings or the giftpacks near the Christmas tree. Dreams and wishes are neatly packed.

In the same way some one is packing for us gifts, in each pack wrapped are love, peace, compassion, forgiveness and hope. Christmass will pass from merry to merrier, if we on this earth spread Lord Christ's spirit of love and forgiveness, compassion and peace.

Let us celebrate Christmas, just not by putting on new clothes, enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner, but by going a step further to see some one else happy, healthy and with peace of mind. Let us help each other, love each other so that all can welcome Santa Clause with equal pleasure. Merry Christmas!!
