1. Besan (Sifted) 500 gms.
2. Onion (Medium Chopped) 250 gms
3. Potatoes (small Cubed and boiled) 400 gms
4. Dahi 300 gms
5. Pudina (Paste) 100 gms
6. Asafoetida (Hing) Powder 20 gms
Take the Besan and pour Dahi into it and massage to get a coarse paste like dough. Then add the Pudina Paste and mix it well. Then add the Hing powder and mix. After that add the chopped onions and pre boiled potatoe cubes and mix to get a lumpy dough. You may add more Dahi but not water and set aside for 10 minutes.
Pour 400 ml of cooking oil and take some dough into palm and put small scoops or portions as you wish. Deep fry till golden brown and serve with Chat Masala piping hot...
